Our Beachfront Villas: Villa Solaris and Villa Syrah, are a mirror image of each other, each with a hint of its own style. The villas have uninterrupted 180-degree sea views, private terraces and lawns, large infinity pools, and private beach access.
Meticulous attention has been paid to every interior detail including imported Italian furniture by Meridiani and professional interior design. The full sea-facing side of each villa opens to let the tropical air in.
Layout:
All 3 bedrooms are spacious and include king or queen beds, Meridiani furnishings, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathrooms. They can be found on the upper floor. The lower floor is a large main room with a kitchen, dining, and living room with accordion doors opening the space fully to the sea, and a separate, small powder room. Off the dining room is an intimate cinema room with a convertible sofa that can sleep 2 more guests.
Each of the 3 bedrooms is perfect for a couple with an ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and full, open-air sea views. Two of the bedrooms easily expand to comfortably accommodate 4 extra guests.

The large terrace has plenty of seating with a large outdoor sofa. The infinity pool has a shallow area for small children with a gradual slope towards a deep section.
The pool is 9 meters long and includes a long bench with jacuzzi jets.
All 3 bedrooms have large balconies with extra-large teak sun loungers.
Down a flight of stairs from the villas is a large waterfront lawn that slopes to our intimate shared private beach.
The entire property is enveloped by a well-maintained Zen garden providing a sense of quiet, calm tranquility.

Kerem Villas is a breathtaking 4-villa complex designed by renowned international architect Gary Fell.
The villas are perched on a hill among the tropical greenery in a terraced design (Kerem means vineyard and the design is inspired by the terraced vineyards in the Tuscan hills). There are uninterrupted sea views from every window and each villa is just steps to our private beach.
The indoor-outdoor living space is perfect for gazing out over the infinity pool to the sun-soaked blue ocean. Three large bedrooms and a convertible cinema room allow the flexibility of 6-10 guests.
